As you reflect on Week 3 of Making Change, we hope you understand that God wants you to be a good steward as you manage what He’s given to you. While we may recognize that He puts money in our pocket, we may not realize its purpose. We often spend, consume, or even waste what He’s given us rather than maximizing it.
So many of our most stressful moments come back to finances, right? So much so that most of us probably cringe at the idea of talking about finances. Happy Easter! Celebrating Easter and all that Jesus has done for us is my favorite time of year. This Easter is extra special because it’s also Life.Church Online’s 10-year anniversary!
I was traveling through India and met Ira, one of our Church Online volunteers. The story of how she came to know Jesus is truly amazing. Ira was 23 years old before she heard the name of Jesus. When she finally did, she ran a Google search and found Church Online. Because she was welcomed and invited by our Host Team she knew something was different.

Once I gave my life to Christ, I was curious to know what God had in store for my life and my future—in other words, my destiny. I remember one day going through some notes that my dad had written down and saw one about knowing your destiny. Since then, it has served as a blueprint for life. I’d like to share those notes with you here, and I’ve added a few of my thoughts as well.
I am so grateful for the Stay Positive series because it’s true—life can be tough at times. And in those times, sometimes it takes more than just saying something nice, it requires a truth that fills our spirit with courage and hope.
